# Transactions

> Read transaction history for a PayEm company

Transaction endpoints require `PARTNER_API_V1_BASIC`.

```bash theme={null}
GET /api/partner/v1/transactions?page=1
GET /api/partner/v1/transactions?receipt=true
GET /api/partner/v1/transactions/{id}
```

## List filters

| Query parameter | Behavior |
| - | - |
| `card_type` | `EMPLOYEE`, `VENDOR`, or `SINGLE-USE` |
| `card_owner_id` | Narrows `card_type` to one owner. Send it with `card_type`; without `card_type`, it is ignored. |
| `subsidiary_id` | Narrows results to one subsidiary |
| `date_from` | Inclusive UTC start date in `YYYY-MM-DD` format |
| `date_to` | Inclusive UTC end date in `YYYY-MM-DD` format |
| `receipt` | `true` for transactions with a receipt or `false` for transactions without one |

`date_from` and `date_to` can be used independently. When both are present, `date_from` must not be after `date_to`.

```bash theme={null}
GET /api/partner/v1/transactions?card_type=VENDOR&subsidiary_id=7&date_from=2026-09-01&date_to=2026-09-30&receipt=true
```

Omit `receipt` to return transactions regardless of receipt presence. Receipt filtering combines with the other list filters; it does not replace them.

Use list + retrieve for reconciliation, spend analytics, or syncing into an external ledger.
