# Introduction

> Build on PayEm with the Partner API

The PayEm Partner API lets you programmatically manage cards, transactions, users, vendors, subsidiaries, and company data for a PayEm customer.

## Base URL

## What you can do

## Auth model

All requests use OAuth 2.0 with the `client_credentials` grant. Access tokens expire after **5 minutes**.

Scopes:

* `PARTNER_API_V1_BASIC` — read-only access to users, transactions, company, card list/retrieve, etc.
* `PARTNER_API_V1_CARDS` — card writes and actions (create, update, lock, unlock, terminate)
